Catering by Phillip is a culmination of 25 years of experience in the culinary industry and a passion for creating exceptional food and experiences for clients. Working in some of the top culinary venues in the area and trained at the Four Seasons Philadelphia and Le Bec Fin, Chef Phillip's career as an Executive Chef/Corporate Chef prepared him well for operating a catering business specializing in both important large scale events and corporate catering as well as small parties and gatherings. Chef Phillip designed menus and created meals for many notable occasions, such as the 2009 G20 summit in Pittsburgh where he served as Lead Chef of a 12-person Executive Chef team. LPGA and PGA Events, and the Alex's Lemonade Great Chefs Event. He has created meals for notable figures such as Presidents Clinton, Bush, and Obama, as well as many world leaders and dignitaries, celebrities, and professional sports teams. The "Best of South Jersey" Award was presented to Chef Phillip three times for his work as Executive Chef at Garden State Park, The White Rose, and The Black Swan. Now, Chef Phillip has established his culinary excellence, vision, and leadership for his own company, Catering By Phillip.
